Here are a few things to keep in mind:

• All orders must support an installation tobacco cessation program or health-related initiative; we do not ship materials for individual use.
• Our printed and promotional materials are intended for use with Service members, National Guard members, Reservists and all dependents.
• The campaign has limited resources and in an effort to ensure that the campaign can provide materials to as many installations as possible, orders placed within 90 days of a previous order will not be approved. The campaign may edit amounts as necessary. If you need additional materials for a particular purpose or installation please contact the campaign so we may evaluate your request on an a case by case basis.
• Once an order is submitted and approved, it is shipped within two business days and the materials typically arrive within five business days for CONUS locations. Shipping may take longer for OCONUS locations.
