Provides free and confidential coaching support and connects you to your local quitline.

Provides free quit plans, text programs, a mobile app, and guidance to help you quit smoking or vaping.

Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA)
Provides a national treatment locator and a 24/7 confidential helpline at 1-800-662-HELP (1-800-662-4357) for substance use and mental health support.
 

Veteran Support Services

 
Department of Veterans Affairs
Offers tobacco cessation counseling, medication, and other quit resources for eligible veterans. The VA’s free telephone quitline, 1-855-QUIT-VET (1-855-784-8838), offers tobacco cessation counseling to any veteran who receives their health care through the VA.
